Chief Commercial and Partnerships Officer, Wave Tina Rubin

Tina Rubin is a tech executive with 20 years of experience in media, entertainment, and consumer packaged goods. As Chief Commercial Officer at Wave, a virtual entertainment company, Tina oversees global marketing, communications, artist partnerships, and GTM commercial activities. She previously served as head of consumer marketing at Netflix, where she was responsible for marketing campaigns for Young Adult and Family original TV shows such as Stranger Things. Before that, she was Vice President of Marketing at Disney-owned Movies Anywhere, where she created the brand and developed the go-to-market strategy for the digital movie app. At Amazon, she led consumer engagement and monetization efforts for the mobile games and apps business. Tina began her career in brand management at Mattel, working on globally popular brands such as Hot Wheels, He-Man, and UNO. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Brown University.

With over 15 years of experience in the music industry and brand marketing, Robin has absorbed, participated in and built in music from day one. From his early years in the underground music scene, setting up record labels and club nights, to founding a brand agency working with clients like Adidas, The North Face, Pernod Ricard and Red Bull, Robin's journey is a testament to the power of creativity, adaptability, and entrepreneurship which he has carried through to iiNDYVERSE a startup that's democratising access to web3 & metaverse powered customer engagement tools, making the creation and distribution of virtual products and rewards as easy as sending an email or SMS.

Founder, Water & Music Cherie Hu

Cherie Hu is the founder of Water & Music, a research network for music and tech. She has been covering music and tech as a writer and editor for eight years, previously for publications including Billboard, Forbes, Pitchfork, and Variety. She has spoken as an expert commentator on CNBC and SiriusXM Volume; as a guest lecturer at institutions like Harvard University, New York University, Northeastern University, and Berklee College of Music; and as a panelist or keynoter at over 40 conferences around the world.
